Hello loseit,
Not sure if this is the right place, but I need some help getting back on track with a healthy lifestyle. I M(32) definitely want to and need to lose some weight. I know for a fact that I am about 50-60 lbs overweight. I carry most of it in the stomach and thighs.
To start I have chronic low back back problems, as well as high anxiety, and some mild to moderate depression.
Over the past 6 years I put, on about 105 lbs then lost about 35-40 lbs, 2.5 years ago placing me at my current weight of 270-275 lbs.
So about 9 years ago I was about 255, and lost 50 lbs after dieting for 3 months. No carbs, candies, sweets, cut out all pop, and even stopped drinking. I used a recumbent stepper or elliptical twice a day for about 40 minutes each time. This plus my job at the time helped me lose so much weight so fast. I'm not exactly sure how healthy it was to lose 50 lbs so fast but infealth really great for a few years.
I am back in school and stress eat a lot, not just about school.
I could use some direction and support getting my weight back under control and to continue staying healthy for years to come.
