I am a 19-year-old female. I want to start on a journey of being healthy and losing my excess weight. I'm thinking of starting to drink a protein shake for lunch every day and other nutrient-rich diets for the other time with regular exercise. Is there anyone who has received benefits from drinking shakes before? This is the first time I would be trying it out, hence I wanted some feedback. I was reading a Harvard study ( https://www.health.harvard.edu/staying-healthy/the-hidden-dangers-of-protein-powders ) that says they could actually be bad.
I would love everyone's opinions and recommendations if any.
