Happy Thursday! I hope you're getting to it.
Weight by end of month (199 lbs, preferably trend weight): No weigh in this morning. I’ll aim for Friday weigh ins. 201.5 lbs trend weight.
Stay within calorie range (1700 ish): Should be good today. Got a weird assortment of freezer odds and ends to nom for dinner.
Exercise 5 days a week: 30 minute brisk walk at lunch & hopefully some HIIT or yoga. 9/9 days.
Self-care time (JOURNALING, working on love journals, beauty treatments, drawing 0/9 days): Really feeling myself in the new active wear leggings. Black leopard print for the win. Butt is on point.
Try a new recipe once a week: An imitation crab salad with homemade sauce & eyeballing a crock pot Italian wedding soup. 1/5 weeks.
50 pages of The Body Keeps the Score: Not tonight. 0/50 pages.
No fast food or candy from the work dish: Streak day 9. 2 candy related lapse in judgement.
Listen to my effing body: Body is sore. I maybe need a rest day.
Be more mindful & express gratitude, avoid the hedonic treadmill: Today I’m grateful for more reading comprehension from my coworkers. Sounds silly but if I have one more email that is clearly not read past the first sentence (OF TWO WHOLE SENTENCES KIDS), I'ma lose my mind.
