Help even starting a to maybe loss weight?

Hi! I weigh about 260 lbs. I’m 5’4”, 18, and F. I’ve pretty much been overweight all my life now I’m obese and I want to lose weight and just overall start eating healthier but I don’t know where to begin. I don’t have any equipment at home to workout but with my sister has a gym membership that I could use. But with COVID going on and cases steadily increasing in my state I’m scared to go lol. I’ve been trying to go outside and walk everyday but it’s even been hard to get motivation to do that. If anyone could help in maybe recommending some exercises I can do in my room that would be helpful! Also maybe some healthy foods I could eat too!
