Bingeing when drunk

I have been trying to loose weight since around the start of lockdown At the start I was a man just over 5'11" and 210lb then I realised I would be a heavyweight in boxing, so I started trying to get to a weight where someone of my hight could complete 160lb at middleweight

I've got to 163 lb and it's been pretty easy, the problem is I eat shit loads when I get trashed

It's stalling my progress and I'm looking for ways to prevent me doing it, without giving up the weekly bottle of whisky (stopped drinking beer to loose weight) I know alcohol has calories, and I account for that and don't want to stop, I just want to stop the kebabs and hot wings
