Money isn’t a factor and it’s a choice between the two.
Would you prefer to workout with a person that will have a conversation with you, talk about your goals, and watch your form to keep you safe. Nonjudgmental, supportive, and helps keep you accountable. You can schedule them to meet you at your house or in the park. They’re certified and invested in your success. You have the option to invite a friend, your partner, or your kids to join you in a session (for an extra fee).
Or would you prefer an app that has video exercises and activity tracking? No in-person interactions or scheduling. It’s relatively anonymous, you don’t have to see anyone, but no one can make sure your form is okay. That app tracks your workouts, but you’re largely accountable to yourself. All your milestones are virtual badges.
Which would you prefer and why?
