Hiya.
This is my first post on this subreddit, i'm Lilly.
Currently I weigh 245lb and am aiming on loosing 90-100lb within the next 12 months.
So far i have made slight changes to my diet by reducing the amount of fatty foods i have and reducing my carbs along with starting to stop eating jumk food.
Was wondering if anyone had some tips to help me loose some of this weoght or some excersices or diets or anything really that could help?
Also I am currently Five foot Nine and I am a transgender woman.
I have joined a gym befor but had to cancel my membership as my medication costs where too high and i couldnt affor both.
