The first photo is Me at my heaviest I weighed 280 pounds and 5,7 I was overweight depressed and had no motivation to anything. Then I decided to do something like that a switch went off and said eat healthier count your calories go to the gym everyday and I did it I go to the gym almost everyday work out and I enjoy it I'm starting g to lean more towards muscle growth than fat loss. I look great feel great have alot more confidence I haven't hit my goal weight but I'm now 215 lbs and it toke me 5 months not stopping I'm going to keep improving myself until I'm exactly what I want to be.
