So I’m a 16 year old female, 5’4 and 160 pounds. I’ve always been around 145 sense I was 14 but have put on some pounds in the past couple months. I want to lose 40 pounds by maybe august September. I don’t really know the best way to lose weight. Should I count celeries, my biggest problem with this is when my parents cook home made food how do I know how many are in there? I’m going to increase my exercise for sure because it’s the only thing really to do during this virus situation. I snack when I’m bored which I also don’t know how to stop. And crave bread all the time, should I simply cut it out to stop craving it. Should I do some fasting? Anyone with tips or advice would help lots. Thanks!!
